Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Depending on your location, applicable privacy law may give you the right to direct ROW Seed not to sell or share your personal information, including certain disclosures for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.

You may submit an opt-out request by using the form or mechanism provided on this page, emailing privacy@rowseed.com, or using another method ROW Seed makes available.

ROW Seed may collect, use, disclose, sell, share, license, transfer, commercialize, or otherwise monetize information as described in the ROW Seed Privacy & Data Use Policy.

This may include business contact information, account information, RFQ data, quote activity, product interest, supplier profile information, contractor profile information, transaction information, device and usage information, CRM information, analytics, derived information, and other Platform Data, subject to applicable law.

If your opt-out request applies under applicable law and is verified or otherwise valid, ROW Seed will process the request as required by law and will not sell or share personal information covered by the request unless you later consent or another legal exception applies.

The opt-out may apply to the browser, device, account, email address, company representative, or other identifiers reasonably associated with the request, depending on the method used and applicable law.

An opt-out from sale or sharing does not prevent ROW Seed from using or disclosing information to operate the Platform, process RFQs, generate quotes, complete orders, process payments, calculate taxes, issue invoices, route supplier payments, maintain accounting records, provide support, prevent fraud, enforce contracts, comply with law, or protect rights.

An opt-out also does not restrict ROW Seed’s use or disclosure of aggregated, anonymized, de-identified, statistical, derived, or non-personal information except where prohibited by law.

Where required by applicable law, you may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. ROW Seed may require proof that the agent is authorized to act for you and may require verification of your identity or authority.

Where required by applicable law, ROW Seed will process legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, in accordance with applicable law and technical feasibility. A signal may apply only to the browser or device from which it is sent unless ROW Seed can reasonably associate it with your account.

ROW Seed will not unlawfully discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights. However, some Platform features may require certain information to operate, process transactions, verify accounts, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.
